A leading platform in regulated data capture, assurance, and access brought me in to lead marketing across brand, campaign, and strategy.
What I inherited wasn’t a team: it was a tangle. No positioning. No documentation. No clarity. Just output without structure, and urgency without direction.
Challenge
The product was strong. The market was real. But the marketing function wasn’t functional.
No roadmap. No personas. No offer documentation. No performance engine. The task wasn’t evolution – it was rescue. The work had to align internal teams, earn external trust, and deliver results fast.
